本机所生产的圆丝并适用于各种缆绳、鱼网、建筑防护网、遮阳网、刷帚及棉田防护网等的编织。 本机组是在消化吸收国外先进技术的基础上研制而成的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或聚丙烯(PP)为原料的圆丝专用机组，结构紧凑、效率高、操作维修方便，采用硬齿面减速齿轮箱，机筒螺杆38CrA1A合金钢并经氮化处理，并装有智能话自动温控设备及变频调速系统，可根据原料及生产工艺，在一定范围内进行调节，其牵引比可调，满足多种不同用途的圆丝生产。

Consisting of Drawing, Winding, Knitting, Setting and Cutting Machines, this assembly designed and developed on the up-to-dated technology, by utilizing HDPE&PP round filaments as its materials. The round filaments drawn out from the drawing machine are applicable for the manufacturing of ropes/cables, fishing nets construction safty nets, sun shielding nets, artificial hair, mosquito nets, brushes as well as protectives nets for the cotton fields. The plastic circular loom series have different spinnerent as 120,180,260 with the filaments ranging from 0.15to 0.25mm and the winding spindles of 130,192, and 1288 seperately. The productivity of the assembly 15-50kg /h/ The assembly is compacted in its struvture. A Dc motor is used for drawing thus a synchronous speed regulation and a single speed regulation can be achieved to meet the different paramenters. The spinnerets Produced by the most advance way so that the flatness and eveness of the filaments can be ensured. stability in motion, sensitiveness in control, convenience operation, high safety and reliability.
